The ER Report Builder allows you to look at the detailed performance of an individual or an entire team. Each individual has a dedicated home screen showing a breakdown of different core metrics around performance for the month these include (number of leads assigned, No of calls made, No of sales made, Total value of sales, Total commission earnt and the current percentage of target completion.
User activity reports show a high-level view of how many calls are being made by each user over a given period. This breaks down to include number of attempts, number of contacts which provides a contact rate percentage, and then includes total quotes and total sales. This allows for direct comparison of users against each other
Accurate call timing reporting can show the breakdown of time a user spends within applications this includes the following metrics Idle (in and app before a call is made), In Call (length of time spent actively on the phone) and Wrap (Length of time spent in a case after a call was ended)
