Our document production facility allows us to create and store a multitude of customer facing documentation, either in the format of letters, application forms, brochures or information packs. These can either be created utilising your corporate branded templates with information captured from the CRM overlaid or allow the user to manually add and edit content before production.

Documents can be automatically created using your branded templates, with data pulled directly from the CRM. Alternatively, users can manually add or edit content before generating the final version, giving you full control and flexibility.

Storage

ER CRM makes it easy to manage and retrieve all your client documents through its built-in storage functionality. The document history area securely archives previously generated letters, forms, and information packs all accessible at the click of a button.

This allows for quick access to historical documents for compliance checks, future correspondence, or internal reviews, ensuring your records are always organised, traceable, and audit ready.
