Our document production facility allows us to create and store a multitude of customer facing documentation, either in the format of Letters, Application Forms, Brochures or Information Packs. These can either be created utilising your corporate branded templates with information captured from the CRM overlaid or allow the user to manually add and edit content before production.
Add your full document suite to ER CRM and we will overlay all the relevant information provided. This allows you to create individual documents or document packs at the click of a button.
All documents are stored against the individual application and can be accessed, downloaded or shared through the system.Create personalised compliance documents such as suitability letters/demands and needs letters or similar documents. The CRM matches each application’s unique requirements to pre-written paragraphs using a simple dropdown interface. These documents will also allow personal free type additions if required.
Storage
Utilising the CRM’s storage functionality, our documents history area has the ability to archive and collect historically produced letters, documents and packs at the click of a button, storing them for later collection, compliance checking or for further correspondence to the client.
